You’ll stretch your legs with a hike along the Trail of the White Cedar and learn about the First Canadian tribe that walked this same path 400 years ago. This unique experience offered by Grand River Rafting begins with a 90-minute moonlit rafting trip down the Grand River. Haudenosaunee guides from Six Nations will share stories of the paranormal, local folklore and Haudenosaunee culture as you take in the stars, the fluorescent fireflies and the silence of the river. Next, you’ll walk a lantern-lit path until you arrive at the historic Chiefswood Mansion, the birthplace of poet Pauline Johnson. Once you arrive at the historic house you’ll be given a detailed account of the site’s paranormal activity, including video and audio recordings captured from within the mansion.
